DEVELOP X JPL
Our JPL programme provides players with the opportunity to compete at a higher level while continuing to develop both as footballers and as young people.
Our programme is built around curriculum-based coaching, with a season-long plan covering key areas of the game in focused 4–6 week blocks. Players receive expert coaching, guidance and support designed to improve their skills, confidence, teamwork and understanding of the game.
But for us, development goes beyond football. Our people-first approach focuses on creating excellent footballers and even better young people, underpinned by our values of respect, teamwork, honesty, resilience and always striving to be your best.
Compete. Develop. Grow. #UnleashYourPotential

Pitch
Our grass sessions give players the space to develop their technique, movement and game understanding in a more realistic match environment. Curriculum-based and IDP-focused sessions allow players to maximise their potential.

Analysis
Video analysis helps players understand the game beyond the pitch, allowing them to reflect on their performances, recognise areas for improvement and develop their football IQ.
Futsal
Futsal develops close control, quick decision-making and creativity in a fast-paced environment, helping players become more confident and comfortable on the ball.

Gym
Age-appropriate strength and conditioning helps players build physical confidence, coordination and athletic ability, supporting their development and helping them become more resilient players.
