About us
Develop was launched in 2019 after being inspired by our own personal experiences in academies and the highs & lows of the game. Our mission is to build confidence through repetitions and goal setting. Our team of coaches who combine their passion for coaching and actively playing, we feel, gives us a unique ability to relate to what players are going through in the roller coaster of the sport. We cater for all abilities and ages and our aim is to help take their game to the next level. Players come to us with not only technical needs but also confidence and anxiety needs. We feel our company has a passionate ethos that helps players on and off the field to become the best versions of themselves.

Achieve peak performance
Hard work is at the top of the list for any session we plan and we always aim to push players to achieve their full potential on and off the ball. You can expect lots of high intensity drills and plenty of chances to improve through rep based practise.

Player rapport is a huge part of our coaching philosophy for us at develop. By ensuring each player not only gains technical knowledge but also feels a warm welcome into every session. We take care in getting to know every player and finding what motivates them, ensuring we can help not only the ball game but also their social and physiological needs.

Small details are the difference between success and failure in sport and ensure we add plenty of detail when planning our sessions while also coaching what we see. We have found creative ways over the years to improve and correct poor technique.

Meet the team
Kerry
Owner
Kerry is a UEFA B licence coach and currently work for Southampton football club within the boys academy system. Currently playing for Cardiff City Women, Kerry combines playing and coaching.

Louis
Owner
Louis came through Swindon town academy and went onto sign a professional football contract at Forest Green Rovers. After several years at the club Louis now plays for Gloucester City FC. Louis is a FA qualified coach and has extensive experience within behavioral and mental health needs within sport.
