About us
Develop was launched in 2019 after being inspired by our own personal experiences in academies and the highs & lows of the game. Our mission is to build confidence through repetitions and goal setting. Our team of coaches who combine their passion for coaching and actively playing, we feel, gives us a unique ability to relate to what players are going through in the roller coaster of the sport. We cater for all abilities and ages and our aim is to help take their game to the next level. Players come to us with not only technical needs but also confidence and anxiety needs. We feel our company has a passionate ethos that helps players on and off the field to become the best versions of themselves.

Kerry
Owner
Kerry is a UEFA B licence coach and currently work for Southampton football club within the boys academy system. Currently playing for Cardiff City Women, Kerry combines playing and coaching.

Louis
Owner
Louis came through Swindon town academy and went onto sign a professional football contract at Forest Green Rovers. After several years at the club Louis now plays for Gloucester City FC. Louis is a FA qualified coach and has extensive experience within behavioral and mental health needs within sport.
