Develop was launched in 2019 after being inspired by our own personal experiences in academies and the highs & lows of the game. Our mission is to build confidence through repetitions and goal setting. Our team of coaches who combine their passion for coaching and actively playing, we feel, gives us a unique ability to relate to what players are going through in the roller coaster of the sport. We cater for all abilities and ages and our aim is to help take their game to the next level. Players come to us with not only technical needs but also confidence and anxiety needs. We feel our company has a passionate ethos that helps players on and off the field to become the best versions of themselves.

Our story
Kerry
Owner
Kerry is a UEFA B Licence coach with five years of experience working within Southampton FC’s boys’ academy system, where she supported player development across key stages of the pathway. Alongside her coaching career, she currently plays for Cardiff City Women and represents England Futsal, bringing current elite playing experience into her coaching environment.
Kerry is passionate about developing confident, well-rounded players and is committed to creating equal opportunities within the game. Her coaching approach is centred around detail, repetition, and helping players build the understanding and confidence needed to perform at their best.

Louis
Owner
Louis developed through the Swindon Town F.C. academy before earning a professional football contract with Forest Green Rovers F.C.. Following several successful years at the club, he now plays for Basingstoke Town F.C..
As an FA-qualified coach, Louis brings valuable first-hand experience of the academy and professional football environment. Alongside his playing career, he has developed extensive expertise in supporting behavioural and mental health needs within sport, enabling him to provide well-rounded guidance to players both on and off the pitch.
Drawing on his own journey through the game, Louis understands the challenges young players face throughout their development. He is passionate about using football not only to improve technical ability, but also to build confidence, resilience, communication skills, and personal growth.
